Imagine a world without dictionary,

Nothing could be anymore scary..

A language without knowing a word,

Is like eating that dirty, so sour curd!!

From A for apple, b for boy,

To S for sun, T for toy!!

To own a large one for pride,

But to find a new word, never in our stride!!

To find a word that never sticks to your tongue,

Or in the lines of the song you have sung!

We bow our heads to one of the greatest books,

At least to be kept in the shelves to give some nice, good looks!

From the big sized to the pocket-sized ones,

Wherever you go you have tons and tons!

If ever interested to learn a new word you find,

And share it with others if you ever be so kind!

It helps me with Tamil, and you with French..

If German is the trouble, don’t put it on bench!

The ever ready dictionary is here to help,

Like teaching a puppy to yelp..

The flipping pages, all gone away

The digital dictionary has made its way!

Where finding a word has become so simple,

That it’s quicker than finding out a small face pimple!

Yet just imagine a world without dictionary,

I can’t really think of anything more scary!!!
